On Saturday we spent the day celebrating the marriage of Lisa & Kevin. They were married at the St. Andrews Roman Catholic Church in a lovely ceremony. After we were off to the museum grounds to do some photos. It was a warm sunny day and we had some fun with our couple as we tromped around the grounds to use some areas that we haven't really used before. Next we headed downtown to walk around a bit and end up at the Citadel Theatre for a few more photos. It was fun watching the passersby check out our bridal party as they made their way through the downtown streets. The reception was held at the Westin Hotel. Lisa had the room done up really nice and I especially liked the heart shaped lights in behind the head table. Their cake was a truffle cake which was a little different and very cool. Omari was loving the bread pudding which was part of their dessert spread.
Lisa and Kevin - thank you for having us photograph your day. It was nice to meet up with the 2 of you. I look forward to going through the rest of the photos when you make it back into Edmonton....for now here is a sneak peek slideshow of their day....
